100 Ratings Club Dive

Premise

The 100 Ratings Club is a project I started cataloging all the releases above 100 ratings on the AOTY site. Whilst making it, I had the idea to start listening to all of it. Whilst it wouldn't be done in at long time, I think it's a great way to get to know what music was prevalent and popular from the time, as well as maybe discovering some hidden gems. I chose 100 because that's encompasses a large enough scope of popular material and a few underground releases from the site.

2020s
The Reminiscent Era

The (as of writing) current era of music heavily takes inspiration from the other eras. After a global pandemic, reminiscence of the better times became an important theme. However, it's not easy to pinpoint an exact name for this era yet as its still developing. Who knows what the future will bring !
